this morning i grabbed my running shoes...then...actually went for a run...the first one in over a year...afterwards i walked dogs...bathed a dirty dog...later in the day i spent an hour under a tree gathering acorns with my little friend...had lunch with my lova...and had a class in law at the cdc...what a day...
i spent sat. in the mountains...since then i have been in the clouds...
