an asshole moved in

so there is a total jerk now living in my house. he has no concept of personal space, is verbally abusive, and physically attacked me the other day.

a couple of nights ago we watched santa sangre...highly recommend it...i am back/off the wagon...now eating eggs and cheese..que sera, sera...

what a day

today was my first time back in the clinics since august....it was a bit odd...i felt gitty like it was going to be so exciting...but it also felt as if i should really be done with this phase...so it goes.

during my long lunch break i decided to go for a run...i have gotten so out of shape in the past months, simply out-of-hand...

i am a runner, always have been. i have always been able to just pick up out of nowhere and run 3 miles...welll now that i am not the young whipersnaper that i once was...the run was damn hard...and a bit saddening.

so it goes.

my goal is to run every day of this rotation...my brother threw in my hands a book entitled...protein power...i am at witts end...i see eggs and cheese in my future if my monster (ie. ass) is not tamed....

this is my monday.

New pipes and New Toilets.

my copper pipes rotted...leaks...now i have new toilets...yeah for water conservation...
no more orange bathroom...i am amazed at the number of peeps who now have admitted to not digging the old brightness.

losing my blogging virginity

this is my first blog...my friends are abandoning me. so, this will be my effort to keep peeps update with my super fabulous life.
last night was also a first, i actually stayed up later that aaron..although this might not seem like a mounumental occurance to some...trust me it is.
i had a great night celebrating my elderly friend's birthday (april)...it was a real swell time...
we had a bit of a rough start with fecal talk...but by the time we got to a'bowlin things took a turn for the better...thanks to herschel's superb coaching skills, i rocked the lane...then i schooled charlie with the darts (no coaching needed)...april followed her heart and rang in her birthday with a fair number of shots...leading to a near incident on the foxy's dance floor...where she began to point and laugh at a 7 foot tall lady dancing...erin and i removed her before a riot broke...
as far as i know she is still lying in her kick-ass bed.
